Terms & Conditions

For all services (which requires a full and non-refundable up-front charge) a deposit of 50% of the total service costs is required before commencing work. Once the project has been completed and meets the agreed specifications the remaining fee is payable in full within 15 days of receipt of the invoice.

Any customer requested changes to the existing agreement will be considered and implemented at the discretion of 'Ansell & Clarke'. 'Ansell & Clarke' withhold the right to refuse any additional requests or modifications to the existing agreement.

Deposits are non-refundable and refunds for outstanding services will only be considered if 'Ansell & Clarke' is notified within 5-days of the scheduled project start date, in writing . Ansell & Clarke withhold the rights to evaluate the claim and access whether a refund is appropriate.
